Annual Memorials

Like many donors, you may have made your first gift to hospice in gratitude for the comfort you and your loved one received while in our care or as a result of an obituary memorial request.

Your annual giaft is critically important. By giving annually, you provide resources that strengthen our organization and enable us to care for all who need us, regardless of their ability to pay.

Leadership Annual Memorial Gifts

Annual gifts are sustaining and give us the confidence to take a longer-term view of how we build programs to help more people in the future. This fiscal stability allows us to meet the increasing needs for end-of-life care as our community continues to grow as a retirement destination.

  • Four Seasons Giving ($1,000-$4,999)
    • Supporters who give $1,000 or more are invited to the donor recognition luncheon each fall and are recognized in the Annual Report.

  • Leadership Club ($5,000-$9,999)
    • Your annual leadership gift of $5,000 or more helps make it possible for us to provide care to patients with complex medical, emotional and spiritual needs.

  • President's Club ($10,000 - $24,999)
    • Thank you for making an annual leadership gift of $10,000 or more. Thousands of men, women and children in our community will benefit from your passion and commitment to care.

  • Investors Club ($25,000+)
    • Your gift of $25,000 or more ensures that Four Seasons care will be available for the generations to come.  Thank you for investing in your community.
